CTC451 – Welcome the New Catalogue

Welcome to 2024 and the first CASEing the Catty Challenge for 2024. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year and that managed to spend some quality time with family and friends. I hope you had some time to relax and get refreshed ready for what I’m sure will be another busy year ahead for everyone.

This week we are casing the new January – April 2024 Mini Catalogue which went live a few days ago on 4th January 2024. There are lots of new goodies to be found in here so I’ll add a link to the catalogue at the bottom of my post so that you can grab a drink and sit down to make a list of all the must have items that you would like.

With so many amazing new projects to choose from, I wasn’t sure where to start, but I didn’t make it very far through the catalogue before I chose the card in the image below, from page 11, to case. I kept a lot of the elements the same, however I changed up some of the colours, deleted a few things and added a few others.

My card starts with a Crumb Cake card base and then I used the Blending Brushes with some Balmy Blue ink on some Basic White card stock for the main panel. I used the Sending Love stamp set & coordinating Sending Love Dies for all of the elements on the card. Aren’t the little envelopes cute? I can see these being used for lots of different projects. The card was finished off with some Adhesive-backed Sequins Trio.

Here is the link for the new January – April 2024 Mini Catalogue and the Sale-a-bration Catalogue which is also on at the moment until the end of February and gives you more free products. Who doesn’t love free products?

Before you do that, don’t forgot to hop around the design team’s blogs as I’m sure they will give you lots of inspiration and may put some items into your must have list rather than your maybe list, once you’ve seen what has been created with them. Next up is Kathryn with her creation.

Even if you don’t have any of the new catalogue products, you can still join in this week’s challenge. Take a technique, a colour scheme or a layout from any of the projects in the catalogue and put your own take on it using whatever products you have. We’d love to see what you make, so don’t forget to add your photo to our Facebook page. Click the image below to head straight to our Facebook page.

Until next time, happy stamping

Michelle
